Interesting to note that "Red Towers Greenhouses" on the front cover - run by yet another member of Teaneck's fabulous Phelps family - had their greenhouses on River Rd near Cedar Lane in Teaneck (Cap't John Phelps lived on River Rd) and their store at 243 Main St in Hackensack, where an H&R Block is today.
