Jupiter/Venus/moon in night sky dance
« on: February 27, 2012, 10:37:42 PM »
I've been watching this for the last few nights - pretty interesting. There's a lot more going on that also involves a couple of other planets for the next month or so. Just Google "jupiter venus moon" (without the quotes) and read all about it.

I found two online images for 2/23 and 2/26 that match up with what I shot (minus the intentional light trail from a small plane coming into Teterboro Airport):

This was taken last Sunday night as Venus (top), Jupiter, and the moon continue their month-long space dance. The clouds add a nice texture.
