There was a big cloud full of lightning northeast of here between 10-10:30pm last night. Most of it was internal and only showed as brighter areas, but a few bolts poked through. I made two of the images B&W.

The Meadowlands Fair fireworks were kind of anticlimactic after Hackensack's and Macy's - they weren't even as good as their own from the previous evening - so that was kind of a limp end to Pyrotechnic Week, which - pardon the pun - was a blast.
