More Historic Postcards

Thanks to George Carter, Oradell Historian, for sending these. Some we've seen before, some we haven't.

Compare the first one, Anderson St. Bridge, with the one that says "On the banks of the Hackensack River".  There is a brick building with white, rounded door frames.  What is that?

Is it possible that building was the Anderson Street pumping station, when it was new ?

Even more puzzling is the image below it.  What bridge comes in on an angle like that, and what is that mansion in the distance.  I'm thinking that is the Teaneck side of the Anderson Street/Cedar Lane bridge.  The mansion in the background is a hill along the river where FDU stands, and there were mansions there at that time.

I read accounts from the Hackensack Riverkeeper about an African-American fisherman who lived in Teaneck with his large family. It was the first house on Cedar Lane, and right on the river. Maybe that is his house and his boat ?
