There was a lot of jackhammer/heavy machinery noise coming from the parking lot of the credit union bank at State and Passaic streets yesterday.
I'm not sure what they were doing - it's unfinished and looking a bit rough today - but from the ground pattern in the pictures, it appears that they were preparing for track events at the 2096 Hackensack Summer Olympics.
