Emergency Rescue Unit.............for TEETH!

I saw the red vehicle and the light rack on top of it from my apartment and wondered (too far away to read it) what emergency had befallen someone at 40 Passaic St. Then I saw the full-size picture (below - click to enlarge).

I noticed it said "Unit 2" on it, so I looked online and found Unit 1 - a converted fire truck. Here's the story: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/19/nyregion/19towns.html
