I could see from my apartment that some enlargement of the old Harley's Pub was going on, so I took a stroll over there yesterday and shot these:

I wonder if all the regulations are being followed.  That's a significant reconstruction and addition.  Are they building a section of the riverwalk, per NJDEP waterfront development regulations?

I remember seeing a fenced-off section behind the car lot to its immediate north (Nissan?), but I don't think anything's there yet behind Chicken Supreme.

Between ChickenSup and White Manna, I saw these two new - to me, anyway - additions to the shoreline. Do they look familiar to you?

Looks like two new storm water pipes that have been capped until some new system comes into operation.
Definitely not sanitary because the State would never permit that.

believe those are debris catchers.  that pipe should be in operation right now.   those devices catch the fine debris and dont allow it into the river.
