the machines you are asking about are propane heaters, used so the drywall compound dries properly and quickly in winter.

As usual, I'm way behind, so I'll be trying to catch up in the next few days.

Only the two images need explanation:

1-25-20

No idea where that light's coming from.

Stilt person bending to the right.

2-1-20

1. It looks like the entire building has an internal and fully-inflated black garbage bag pressed against all the windows.

2. A crane bucket appears to be heading down Ward St toward the party balloons.

2-2-20

I've located the machines from my 2-10-20 post that irons35 identified as propane heaters in images 2201 and 2203. They face Passaic St.

2-3-20

1. A shot I don't see often......

2. I don't know what these spools contain.

3. A REALLY long truck gets unloaded at the State St entrance.

2-5-20

Removing and tossing the white covering

2-7-20

Taking a nap on a pile of R-38 fiberglass insulation

2-8-20

pic

2-9-20

pic

2-12-20

1. If you look closely, a large pane of glass is being transported to the front corner of the building (Main & Ward) for installation.

2. Wood panels are brought up to the roof.

2-14-20

1.Dueling selfies on the roof?

2. As I recall, the guy on the roof seemed to be losing his grip and was in the process of rolling over to get the metal item on the roof.

3. More delivered wooden panels...........for what? (answer below)

4. Rooms full of stuff

5,6. The wood panels were cut on the roof and made into enclosures. I think the guy with the roller was applying some sort of sealant to them.

2-15-20

7. Sealant and geese...........and you can see that they started to wrap the boxes in white material.

8. Crane delivers to an apartment.

9. Waiting for the next delivery, while...........

10,11. .......the ground crew loads the crane.

12. Delivery!

2-17-20

The white box looks like it's being made into a robot.

2-19-20

TWO robots

2-21-20

Image 2988 shows that removing the white material from the State St side is about half-done.

2-22-20

A bus manages to squeeze past the unloaded excavator, which then unloads.

2-23-20 (3)

Glass, glass and still glassless:

2-24-20 (5)

1,2. Bringing water lines (I think) into the building on Ward St

3. That can't be good.

4. The bucket worker has just removed some of that white material from the wall and is tossing it 5 floors down.

5. Working near the roof that's below St Joseph's Church in Bogota (which stands in front of Cliffside Park high-rises)

2-25-20 (1)

Interior stuff

2-27-20 (3)

1. Scaffolding planks delivery

2,3. Making the dirt road entrance a little more solid

2-28-20 (2)

1. Crane delivers apartment interior material.

2. Ever see a truck towing something and parking perfectly in two spaces that are on opposite sides of the divider? Did he pull in? Back in? My money's on pulled in.

3-1-20 (6)

1. New sign - old address (it was changed to 395 Main almost 2 years ago)

2,3,4,5. Walkaround

6. Back home

3-3-20

1. Ships in the night (cranes in the day)

2. Reflections of my building on theirs

3. Guy on the phone (center) wondering why all this stuff was left outside the site

4. Brave guy

3-4-20

5-8. I don't mind living high up, but I don't think I'd want to be on the other side of my walls.

9. The electrical corner starts taking shape.

10. Sugar spheres? Colorcon is a pharmaceutical company and these barrels are small, so they wouldn't have been procured for storage or trash. From Colorcon's site: "Suglets® Sugar Spheres from Colorcon are uniform drug layering pellets, made of sucrose and starch, for sustained or extended release dosage forms". On a construction site?

11. This just looked odd to me.

3-5-20

12. Skinny bricks on Resisto Red

3-6-20

13. Another load going up State St

3-7-20

14. Connecting the electricity?

15. Taken just before quitting time

16. Ten minutes later, they're.........uh.........."talking" to each other in the municipal lot?

3-8-20

17,18. Colorful connections

3-9-20

19. Resuming connections

20. I'm guessing he was backing in because if he was leaving, he'd be going the wrong way on State St.
