Actor Training Program: Character Psychology
[/b]

The Hackensack Cultural Arts Center and Boz and the Bard Productions, Inc. is offering a series of intermediate level acting classes beginning Feb. 15. The series, designed by Boz and the Bard, delves into the notion of developing an actor’s role through a psychological investigation of the character. Explore motivation, redefine ‘being in the moment’, generate the character completely and believably, experience breakthroughs in listening and focus, and learn to trust in oneself and one’s fellow actors. This course is offered to anyone having some stage experience or prior acting lessons, ages 16 and up.

This 10-class program meets Tues & Thurs nights for 5 weeks, 7:30 - 10pm at the Hackensack Cultural Arts Center, 39 Broadway, Hackensack. Pre-registration tuition is $175.00 ($200. to register on the first day of classes). To pre-register, phone Boz and the Bard at 201-489-3308. Limit 14 students.
