Woolworth Residences

So it appears we're going "retro" as well as modern with this new building going up? I saw the sign on Main St yesterday and the building is under construction. No images are on line yet though.
Is this at the exact spot where Woolworth's was? I thought the original building was now a dollar type store now..

They're both at 149 Main, so I'd say there's a good chance of that.  ;)

Not much to see from the windows and what does get shown is pretty much overexposed - perhaps for that very reason.

Nice presentation, super expensive rent...as one would expect I guess. The old United Jersey spot is in the same price range. Still cheaper than Manhattan, probably Jersey City or Hoboken too.
