Free August Performances
At CMDE In Hackensack
Joanne Koob-Brown and Wakina Humphrey, from Teaneck, are directing Summer Star for Girls in a free performance, Thursday, August 11th , 12:45; Roger Turner, and Genaro Martinez are directing Summer Stars for Boys in a free performance, Thursday, August 25 at 12:45pm and Summer Moves for Teens, directed by Janelle Smith-Reed and Roger Turner will do a free performance, Wednesday, August 21, 6:30pm at the non-profit Center for Modern Dance Education, 84 Euclid Avenue, Hackensack.
The three summer camp programs for youth at risk have been funded by the Bergen County Department of Human Services for the past nine years. Summer students are invited to attend CMDE dance classes in the fall.
