I understand that the Weinberg camp received a favorable decision from Judge Doyne.  Apparently, the 5 votes will be counted.  More news (and likely appeals) to follow.

I watched NJN last night and became a little embarrased to be a Democrat.  The in-fighting needs to stop.  We have an election coming in November and we do not know who our candidate will be.  Maybe the answer is not to vote against Zisa or Weinberg.  The answer may be to vote out Ferriero and unite the party.
