Someone sent me this. Anyone have the answer?
I have recently restored a 1921 Model T FORD Centerdoor Sedan which had a brass plaque attached to the back of the drivers seat. It was inscribed as follows:
"Sold By Central Auto Garage", "Hackensack, NJ"
Do you have any information on Central Auto Garage? I am trying to find the history on this car, where it was built, and who was it first sold to.
There were also some old papers in the car referencing an E. VanHise who may have been one of the early owners of this car.
Hopefully you can help me with my challenge, or put me in contact with someone who may be able to help.
