I took this yesterday.
I saw the "Lease" signs and no one answers their phone, so...............adios!
CLICK!

That's a very historic house, if I recall that is the home of Captain Berry, circa early 1800's. It's little changed except for the storefront addition. I hope it is not destroyed
-
The awning is suddenly gone and so is the "For Lease" sign.
Assuming that the building's staying, anyone know what's replacing Geri's?

What needs to go is the billboard
-
I hope if another deli goes in there they paint the building, that blue makes it look unappetizing
-
I was gonna suggest that you not attempt to eat the unappetizing building................but I won't. ;)
-
The building looks like a hock shop in downtown Paterson.
-
I wonder what line of work Geri went into now
-
Geri's got painted today and will become............................a barbershop.
-
...and here it is. It says "Santiago", but I later saw an electronic window sign that said "Emilio's", so let's call it "Geri's Cuts" (formerly "Geri's Cold Cuts").

It's a visual improvement, I'm very happy the hideous blue is gone. Now, what really needs to happen is (1) remove the invasive billboard, and (2) restore the house to it's historic identity and give it a plaque. If my memory serves correct, the house dates to 1836 and was home to a historic figure.
