You are bidding on a rare, 100% authentic 1906 print advertisement for the sale or lease of a beautiful Colonial Revival house, built in 1902, in Hackensack Heights, New Jersey. The ad contains a small, nice photo of the house and a brief description of the house, it's 15 rooms, and the corner city lot. It is a great, rare ad.
The overall condition of this 103+ year-old ad is Very Fine+++, with excellent contrast and print saturation. Clean, crisp edges. No tears. No creases. The overall image is approximately 2.75" x 2.75", and the overall print size is approximately 3.25" x 3.25". The edges have been trimmed to leave as much of the margin as possible to ease in matting and framing.
