Title: Spell Check is working

Spell check is working again.  It hadn't worked in years due to issues on the host server.  After a little pestering, they got it fixed.

The spell check button will appear on the bottom right when composing or replying to a post.

Now Bob can focus on my grammar and punctuation.   :P
(It's a Holy Trinity thing.  I understand.)
