"Schools Superintendent Joseph Montesano called Capone "a great member of our staff" who left the district in 2002 after 35 years. He served as business administrator before his nine-year tenure as assistant superintendent."
Why does my wallet seem lighter as I read this? I guess we should get used to having our taxes raised every year.
I know its too early to tell, but does anyone recall how this guy operates? Is he a "YES Man"? Will he help move the city into the 21st Century? The coziness with the BOE scares me.
