This car got 3 tickets: parking on the sidewalk, facing the wrong way on a one-way street, and failure to feed the meter.
The next day, I noticed that the owner had rented the last available space in the municipal lot. The day after that, I happened to walk by and saw that the car was still there - tucked in nicely into its little space.
Note: I did not set this up. It's just what I saw on 3 consecutive days. Frankly, I'm surprised some kid didn't steal it.

I can't believe that this car was still here this past weekend.
1. On Friday, it appeared to be leaving the lot.
2. On Sunday. it was back on a island in the E lot............it probably took the sign's arrows a bit too literally about where to actually park.
3. A few minutes later, a family looking for a little transportation came by to kick the tires, but walked away.
I don't see it today. Maybe it went to visit its great-grandfather - the '59 Mercury in the Globe Tire back lot. That car is STILL there, BTW.
