White Manna, City Hall, the Johnson Library, and the Hackensack Trust Building on the SE corner of Main and Mercer - 4 nice unused and undated cards, but not as rare as the seller thinks (except maybe for the White Manna one) and not worth the $40 he's starting the bidding at.

I guess the seller realized that a $10.00 a card starting price wasn't cutting it, so he's just added 2 more to the package: Holly's and the YMCA.
