1. 50 Jay Street: Applicant wants to convert 1 family home to two family home.
2. 315 Second Street: Applicant wants to install a sign larger than that permitted by ordiance (V&V Realty)
3. 164 Pine Street: Applicant wants to construct a 25x16 foot addition.
4. 368 Sussex: Applicant wants to demolish one family home and make a one story retail shop.
5. 54 Fair Street: Applicant wants to operate a day care center in the basement of Christ Temple Church.
6. 144 Elm: Applicant wants to build 6 foot fence where only 4 foot is permitted.
7. 236-240 River : Applicant wants to build an 88 unit townhouse complex with several variances required. (Achorage Cove LLC, Trobiano).

50 Jay Street - APPROVED after consideration discussion and contention. Marchal and Guerra voted NO. Single-family (mother-daughter) house is now a legal two-family, and extra parking is to be made.
315 Second Street - NO SHOW. If they don't come in August, case will be dismissed for commerical property owner in a residential (R-2) zone to make a 20-foot long sign. Zoning allows only 2 square feet of signage.
144 Elm Street - APPROVED to install a 6-foot fence
236-240 South River Street - Anchorage Cove townhouses. A special hearing will be called in late August, date to be set at the August 18 meeting.
cases for 347 Hudson and 211 Wilson adjourned till August.
