Title: Amazing light show on the Empire State Building last night

This was a Halloween special from iHeartMedia's radio stations WKTU and Z100. The LED lights were synchronized with the music on the stations and the video was shot from a circling helicopter above the ESB at 8:30pm last night

I saw a couple minutes of it by chance from home and the lights/music video is on YouTube:
