Justin at HPD sent these me. He found them when scouring for pictures for HFD's centennial.
Aside from the writing on the back of one, they will have to speak for themselves unless someone else can. Check out the guy washing windows on the second floor. Also, I've seen pictures of the old Fire HQ before, but never noticed the concrete HFD initials on the edifice.
