Hackensack Discussion / Garbage Collection/Street Cleaning Schedule

I have to vent..
Why would the city of Hackensack have my street sweeper come every week 1 hour before the garbage is collected. It's worse on recycling days. 2 weeks ago the recycling truck stopped in front of my house and compacted what was already in the truck. It left behind a mess of glass chips and a smelly disgusting spill from the truck that has badly stained the street in front of my house. (Even with all of this rain it hasn't gone away!!!!) Of course my street sweeper came 30 mins before the recycle truck that day. Maybe if it had come 30 mins after the truck the stain wouldn't be there.
I've called and complained, with no results...as usual!
As my Mother would say..."They ain't right!"
