Title: Railroad and Central?

Forgive me if this has been discussed before, but does anyone know what is being built on the northeast corner of Railroad and Central?
I heard a rumor it was more projects, but know if it's valid.

That is correct. It is a self-storage facility. 

And a big improvement aesthetically over the hideous industrial building that was there.  The huge white brick walls right down to the sidewalk --------ugggh.  I think this development will even have grass.
