From the City's site:

Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony

Please join us on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 5:30pm at the Courthouse Green, Main and Court Streets for our Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Enjoy hot cocoa, popcorn, Holiday caroling and much more.  There will be token gifts for children under 12 and trolley rides. 

Santa is also expected to attend as usual.
