I see someone was driving while using his cellphone ::)

On the other hand, there's no prohibition against using a camera while driving.  But a camera-phone?  Now there's a dilemma.

I refer you to the video in reply #88 of the "Road Cave-in on Anderson St" thread, where I ride on the newly-opened road, show you the scene, and mention that it is "courtesy of dash-cam". :P
