..............getting fixed.

Actually, I saw a bucket going up with a guy in it, but couldn't see the vehicle. I noticed an HFD sign on the bucket. Wondering why this wasn't a function of the HPD Traffic Division, I contacted our resident HFD expert - irons35 - and this is what he had to say:

"City electrician is assigned to the fire dept. he does some traffic signals in addition to the fire alarm system."
