I knew he'd be back.
It was around this time about a year ago - the first week in January - when he first showed up on my bedroom A/C.
The only change I noticed was that his eyes appear to be getting a bit darker - well, at least his right one is. At maturity, they'll be dark brown.
He didn't stay long - I don't know if the camera spooked him or not. If not, he'll be back soon.
