Title: Tear Down The Fox! (and beware of Y2K!)

Did anyone see the article in the current County Seat about the Oritani Theater? It mentions the Fox Theater across the street and says that it "now stands abandoned and awaiting demolition."

Was this article written 10 years ago?

I took this picture in 2004. The Fox is in the center.

more like copied from another article published somewhere else 12+ years ago....  journalism? I think not...

I remember shooting video from my apartment of actual Fox demolition. I'd have to search to verify the year, but I'm pretty sure it was 1993.

I just found this picture I took in 1991 that shows the Fox looking "abandoned and awaiting [completion of] demolition."

Could that article be almost 20 years old?
