At about 5pm Monday, I saw a real bright light atop 380 Prospect, but had no idea what was going on. Still don't. It was on for a couple of hours.
On the right side of the first picture, you can see one of those long tubes for disposing material from an upper floor into a dumpster.
The second picture is a zoomed-in version of the first and shows a large roped-off roof area on the left side and some guys doing............something.
Could be just some normal work, but I've never seen a light that bright up there before.
