A celebration Saturday in Foschini Park will include a flea market from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the annual softball game between city and Board of Education employees at 5 p.m., music by Jay Black and the Americans and others at 7 p.m. and fireworks at approximately 9:30 p.m. Food vendors will be available throughout the day. There also will be clowns, comedians, stiltwalkers and kiddie games and rides. Admission is free.
