Anybody remember Fine Stationary (maybe Fein) owned by Charlie. It was on Main Street, near Lido.

Someone at the office is asking. Would have been late 60's early 70's.  In addition to stationary, they sold candy, toys, etc.

150-170 Main: 382 units over 7000 sq. ft. retail.  They started pouring concrete footings today (finally).
149 Main: 72 units over retail. They'll make an effort to replicate the old Woolworth's fašade.

I had to stop watching it. There's an epidemic of people "up-talking" these days and it makes me crazy.

You know what I mean. When people talk declaratively? But everything they say sounds like a question? Even though they are not asking you anything?

Looks like what used to be Aimee's on Anderson Street.
