Great picture....RIP Mugsy

Thank you.
Hard to believe, but in November, it'll be 10 years since Mugsy died. :(

After being a fan of the show since 1980 I finally got to meet Mugsy in 1992 when the band I was in at the time was on his spinoff show,The 11th Hour.
One of my greatest memories as a kid was seeing the Uncle Floyd show live at the Playhouse on the Mall at the Bergen Mall in 1981

I shot them there in March 1983, so I guess they did an earlier show there.
Dunno about '81, but if you also went in '83, Jimmy Vivino (and brother Jerry) were in Floyd (Vivino)'s backup band that night. Jerry's daughter, Donna, who was 4 or 5, sang. A couple of years later, she had the lead in Les Miserables on Broadway and became a star. She's still on Broadway.
Talented family................

It was 1981 for sure cause it was right before I graduated grammar school, if I recall correctly either May or June. I remember it was very "adult" in it's theme and was surprised but it was a total hoot!

He's also got a talk show that runs whenever his schedule allows (it's currently on summer hiatus). The FB page is https://www.facebook.com/UncleFloydRadio where info is posted.
You can listen to the last show running on a continuous loop there.
Correction: Mugsy's death was not in November. It was October 24th. He was living in Hackensack at the time.
