What's significant in this photo is the short section of bridge visible near the upper right portion.  Looks like a concrete bridge.

So let's rule out some bridges.

NOT Court Street Bridge
NOT Midtown Bridge
NOT Anderson Street in 1907, which looked like the others

I have my doubts that this photo is in the City of Hackensack.  "Hackensack" could refer to the river.
