No more Johnson Hall....I remember reading it somewhere,  they would never take down  Johnson Hall...the origial hospital...

Must be old...Chestnut Ave doesn't intersection with Huyler St....maybe at another time they did...but not currently.....

The Applicant proposes to construct a nineteen (19) story, assisted living facility consisting of one hundred and fifty (150) residential units and two hundred and fifty (250) parking spaces with frontage on Prospect Avenue and Summit Avenue. The Applicant proposes forty-five (45) studio units, eighty-one (81) one-bedroom units, and twenty-four (24) two-bedroom units.

The next Zoning Board Meeting is on Thursday February 15, 2024 @ 7pm at City Hall, 65 Central Ave, Hackensack NJ 07601.

A thoughtful woman in Calfornia who - like me - used to live in Teaneck and went to Holy Trinity School, sent me this ashtray. Of course, the model on the ashtray had cigarette burns on her from years of use and needed a bath after her long cross-country trip, so I spiffed her up to look like new (click to enlarge):
