This happened last week and seemed to be confined to about 100' on either side of the river.
In the first picture, you can see ONE of the oh-so-subtle lights ::) of the Nissan dealership and the tops of some Teaneck riverbank trees on the right and red lighting from the car wash on the left.
In the upper left, you can see a string of lights on Cedar Lane in Teaneck that end at the big white CVS sign at Elm Ave.
In the second picture, you can see a car stopped on River St at Anderson and it doesn't appear to be in the fog that seems to shroud the back end of the car wash. The Teaneck side of the bridge - where you can see up to the light at River Rd and a bit beyond - also looks clear.
