Just off the Hackensack River Walkway and right by the old police pistol range is an abandoned section of a parking lot.

First picture: In the first parking space is a strange concrete thing (anybody know what that is?) partially covered by a blue tarp. Next to it is a big ol' wooden spool. and there's something else on the ground behind them.

Second picture: Oh, look! It's a cute sign with Bubbles the Elephant announcing that The Learning Experience child care center is coming soon. Gee, I hope HE didn't put it there!

Since The Learning Experience (three blocks away - third picture) has been open since the end of last October, maybe they can send Bubbles over to pick up their litter.
