I noticed The Camelot had changed colors and wondered why. Anyone know?

There was multi-million dollar litigation against the builder and/or the EIFS "false stucco" siding installer.  The unit owners won, it was a multi-million dollar verdict. The building was built with sheets of styrofoam covered with a thin fiberglass cloth, then spray on "stucco".  Nothing like what a real old-time Italian will call stucco.  It's stucco-lite.  It leaked.

There was a Record article about the lawsuit in  2005, don't know why it took 5 years, maybe there was an appeal ?
