1880s songbook with "Dr. Quack from Hackensack" in it

Description:

Vintage circa 1880s songster with many of Billy Radcliffe's songs. Includes titles : HOW COME DOT BABY CROSS-EYED; WIDOW DUNN; HUMP BACK MULE; PATSY, MIND THE BABY; DOCTOR QUACK FROM HACKENSACK; and other 1880s hits. Some have the music but most have just the lyrics. Softcover. 24 unnumbered pages. Excellent condition. Measures 4"x6".

Seller originally only had a small cover shot posted. Since I can find no lyrics or even a reference for "Dr. Quack from Hackensack", I asked the seller to post the lyrics and to please use larger pictures.

He added a lyrics image, but said that eBay restricted the size of the images (?), so it's too small to read.

I've since asked if he would email me a larger scan of the lyrics and I'm waiting for a reply.

OK, just heard back from the seller and - except for a non-rhyming chorus - the lyrics are pretty interesting (and larger this time). He's also added a Buy It Now option to the auction in case anyone wants to grab the songbook right away.
