A crappy situation...

I really hate to bring this to the boards but enough is enough.

Someone (maybe more than one person) lets their dog crap directly on the sidewalk up and down Euclid, Clinton and surrounding streets. It started in late winter and has continued since.  Who does this?

If anyone sees it happen, take a picture. Maybe we'll post it.  If you know who is doing this, please email me: aldib@optonline.net and I will report it. 

There are no less than four dog waste signs on Euclid Avenue but this person could care less.

People who let their dogs take a dump and neglect to pick it up should always be in season for B-B guns and slingshots.

Years before the anti-poop laws I had a neighbor with a poodle he treated like a child who would regularly let her crap on my lawn where my kids played. When confronted he said it was only a small dog and he could not stop her once she started since it was not good for her.

My two boys came home with a stray German Shepard we had for about two weeks before we heard from it's owner. I walked that dog every night and made sure he left  a deposit in my neighbors driveway before we came home. Message received

Here's a hint: watch for people walking dogs without a leash.  This way, the dog can lag behind, do its business and the owner can play dumb. 

These people are tricky to spot because if they see you outside, they go another route to avoid detection. 

Keep your camera phones ready (and slingshots too).

Doesn't Hackensack have a law about walking dogs without a leash.  In addition to pooper-scooper laws.
