Tennis courts

Does anyone know why the 6 recently refurbished tennis courts by the high school are locked and closed to the public. I used to play there, but since they fixed them up, they have been locked. As a taxpayer, I'd like to know why I am shut out?

That is an excellent question. As a little kid, it was my understanding that the tennis courts were city property with the school having first dibs on its use. When the school wasn't using it, it was to be opened to the public.
