Free Dance Classes (September 10-16)
For CHILDREN, TEENS & Adults at CMDE
-Hackensack – The non-profit Center for Modern Dance Education (CMDE) invites children, teens and adults to 84 Euclid Avenue, Hackensack, September 10-16 to try as many dance classes as they wish at no charge.
In addition to Modern Dance, CMDE offers Yoga, Ballet, Afro-Modern, Middle Eastern, Improvisation , Choreography, Jazz and Musical Theatre for all ages, meeting 9:30am-9:30pm every day including Sunday.
CMDE is noted for its Open Door Dance Project which endeavors to break down barriers in dance, encourage involvement in dance by everyone and further the career of New Jersey dance artists, promote awareness of modern dance as an inclusive discipline, and to encourage participation by people with disabilities
